Lawn Hill Gorge
Solar powered 2 hour boat trip
Travel aboard Wugudaji-Adels Grove’s solar electric powered pontoon boat on the Lawn Hill Gorge. The Pontoon can take 8-10 people. Bookings are essential and may be made with the staff at Reception whilst at Adels (minimum numbers apply).
Lawn Hill Creek At Wugudaji Adels Grove
Solar powered 1 hour boat trip
Travel aboard a solar electric powered pontoon boat on the Lawn Hill Creek at Wugudaji-Adels Grove. The Pontoon can take 8-10 people. Bookings are essential and may be made with the staff at Reception whilst at Wugudaji-Adels Grove (minimum numbers apply).
Riversleigh (Miyumba) Fossil Field
4WD trip to Riversleigh Fossils D site with a picnic and Champagne at Riversleigh Station (around 5 hours trip, 8 seats)
This area is part of The Australian Fossil Mammal Site (Riversleigh/Miyumba) World Heritage Boodjamulla (Lawn Hill) National Park. The World Heritage Area is in the south-eastern section of the National Park and covers 10,000ha. It is the richest fossil mammal site in the world. Riversleigh’s D Site is the only area open to the public. Bookings are essential and may be made with the staff at Reception whilst at Wugudaji-Adels Grove (minimum numbers apply).
Lawn Hill Gorge / Lawn Hill Creek at Wugudaji-Adels Grove – Canoes
Canoes are available for hire from our Reception only. Our canoes are hired on a 2 hourly basis, oars & life jackets also supplied.
A deposit is required.
